To test my printer connection and check your printer network connection, print the wireless network test report. Check and ensure that you are not connected to any private network. How to Check your printer network connection?
- Ensure that your router turned on if connected with the wireless network.
- Print the Wireless Network Test Report.
- Check and confirm that Connectivity area indicated as PASS.
- Connect your printer to the router connection if the connection failed.
- Check and confirm that the network name in the configuration area matches your network.
- Ensure that you have not changed in router recently.
- Type the IP address on the Wireless Network Test report in the field of printer’s current IP address.
- Set a static IP address, so that you no need to change the IP address manually.
Steps to test your printer network connection
Initially, switch on your network router and set up the wireless network connection. Connect the printer’s power cable to an electric source and turn on your printer. To check your printer connected to the network, print the Wireless Network Test report. Tap the Setup button on the printer control panel. From the Network Settings or Network Setup, click the Print Network Configuration Page.
Load blank papers on the input tray to print the network test report to test my printer connection.
