  1. Switch the computer or laptop off and detach the power cord from the rear end of the printer.
  2. Wait for 60 seconds, insert the power cord back, and then power on the computer.

  4. Take the power cord from the rear end of the printer.
  5. Open the cover on top of the printer and gently move the cartridges carrier to the center.
  6. Unlink both the ink cartridges from the printer and replace the power cord.

Step 1: To resolve this issue manually, follow the instructions given below. First, try to reinsert the printer cartridges. Initially, remove the print cartridges from the printer. Unlink the printer’s power cord from the electrical supply and then reconnect it back.

Step 2: After completing the above steps, the issue should have resolved. If the Lexmark p6350 error 1102 reoccurs, then try to replace your black cartridge with a new one. Take the black print cartridge out of the Lexmark printer and replace it with a new one.
