  • Clear the print tasks or queue and perform the print job again. Clearing the print queue will help remove all the canceled or paused print tasks that make your printer misbehave.

The following procedure is for Windows 10 users:

  • Open the Windows Start menu.
  • Select Windows System.
  • Navigate to Control Panel.
  • Select View devices and printers under Hardware and Sound.
  • Double-click on your HP printer.
  • When the print queue opens, click Cancel all documents under the Printer menu. Select Yes to confirm.
  • Restart your Windows computer and try to print again.

If you are facing a print issue on your macOS, do the following.

  • Check the error code on your control panel and resolve it by following the on-screen instructions.
